By implementing higher classification standards and paying special attention to the entire supply chain, from the procurement of timber by our educated procurement teams, to processing, to final product, we try to ensure consistency in the quality of our products that will meet the criteria of our customers.
Capacity
The 200m3 / month capacity is not enough to satisfy the demands of our clients. For that reason, we are continuously working on improvement of the systematization of the production process, with intention and possibility to increase the capacity to 300m3 / month, and plans for doubling the capacity in the future. This will not only increase our business, but will also affect the overall productivity of the available recourses.
The production capacity, as well, the sustainability and the growth of our business, is highly dependable on the effective valorization and consistency in supply of the raw material – timber. In order to achieve that consistency, besides operating with the Macedonian suppliers, we also deploy and are in continuous search of other reliable suppliers in the region.

Besides the consistency in quality and short time of delivery that is expected from our customers, as our main principles of our work, we have also been able to provide them our products at a competitive price.
Constant development of our manufacturing techniques, production processes, educated staff and the business environment in Macedonia, allow us to price our products at a very competitive and at the same time profitable level. In addition, our good geographical position, affects on minimizing the logistic costs.

We understand customer care as putting systems in place to maximize the customer’s satisfaction. For that reason, our objective is to meet the requirements of our customers and other involved parties and to fulfill them systematically. We analyze and try to understand the current and future needs of our customers, anticipate their expectations and strive to fulfill their requirements.
Customer care is prime consideration for our Company. Therefore, we also promote our customer care policy in the areas of our business that have minimal contact with our customers, but we believe that their performance when fulfilling orders has major impact on the overall customer satisfaction.

The main company strategic development direction is to expand the production capacities by investing in new machines and equipment, improve execution of the orders and provide the best service to our customers.
Our plan for the near future is to invest in new facilities and up-to-date technologies that will double our capacities and broaden the portfolio of our products.
As for fulfilling the obligations to our customers and maximizing their satisfaction, we have the made a strategic alliance with Macedonia-Export DOO, which focus on promotion and sales, will allows us to improve the quality of the production and all the other internal processes.
